Who will conduct the design and programming work for my project?

We have over 60 contracted designers and programmers and our minimum recruiting requirement is to have years of working experience. Many of them used to work for famous international and domestic brands such as Sony, Lenovo, L'OREAL, Nike, and Standard Chartered Bank. Our programmers have rich experience in designing and building various database-driven website and RIA (Rich Internet Application).

I want to work with your designers side by side while revising my work, can we do that?

It has been proven that distance is no longer a problem in this flat world. We are equipped with easy-to-use and state-of-the-art online meeting tools which enable our customers and our staffs to view and control each other’s computer desktop. You can collaborate with our designers instantly.

Will I owe the copyright of the work you create? Do I have to pay extra fee to get the original source file?

You will owe 100% copyright of the work you ordered from us, and we will deliver the source file for free. In addition, based on your intended usage, our designer will export the design to corresponding suitable formats with optimized settings (e.g. TIF for professional printing, high quality JPG or GIF for using on the web). All these are free of charge.

How can I pay you?

We accept payment via Paypal, which is a world leading online payment solution. We also accept online payment via VISA/MasterCard/American Express/Discover/Bank (eCheck). The online payment process is fully protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and your credit card information will never be stored with us. It is 100% risk free.

Do you require any upfront payment?

Upfront payment ranges from 30% to 50%, depending on the specific service you order.

How can I track the progress of my project?

You can check the status of your project via My Order page. For custom projects, we can send you progress report by email on daily basis or you can subscribe to the progress report through RSS.
