None of your intellectual property or your proprietary rights in the confidential information are transferred or licensed to us by virtue of this agreement. In addition, you have the copyright of the work that we produce or design for you.

We shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of evaluating the project (the "Permitted Purpose") with a view to the better development of cooperation, and not for any other purpose (including but without limitation to procuring any commercial advantage).

WOSG will not take your artwork for use on any other sites, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance.

WOSG guarantees that all information shared with us will remain confidential, including artwork, contact information, client notes etc.

WOSG will never contact your clients or clients of your clients; we do respect your business.
