Client

The client is a web development company in Germany, possessed of a very flexible Content Management System. The CMS enables them to build a small business website fast and economically. However, many of their clients are very picky, and they have to spend most time meeting with clients and designing web pages. They need extra hands to code W3C valid XHTML files for their CMS.

Solution

The client wanted to outsource the coding work so they could concentrate on their customers' needs and design work. Since the XHTML codes will be used for their CMS, and they must be logically segmented and the names of each segment and CSS classes must be sense-making. In addition, the deadline for each task varies, ranging from 6 hours to 7 days.

We had qualified web programmers write high quality XHTML codes manually. The naming standard and folders layout were clearly documented so all programmers could generate codes of same style. All the tasks were managed by our project management system, and we had dedicated QA officer responsible for progress control and quality guarantee. Before we delivered the completed work to the clients, the pages were carefully proofread under the original design and tested with different browsers for compatibility.
