The client runs a small business in web design, spending most time and resources on exploring market; they need much more manpower to work on their customers' projects. On trial of our services, they outsourced an animation ad banner design work to us. The client had already worked out a specification for the banner design, and also composed 2 design concepts; they wanted our designers to follow the specification, understand their ideas and work along the line with their concepts.

Solution

We held an online meeting with the client through the online meeting tool. In spite of the time difference between the US and China, we scheduled the most convenient time for the client. In a one-hour meeting, the client introduced the background of the work and showed us some demos on his computer to our customer service people, and the work started the next day. Our designers created 3 concepts according to the client's specification in 2 days, and afterward a couple of trivial revisions. At the deadline, the client delightedly accepted our design. Our services helped them save both money and time.
