Client

This client is an American consulting group, who specializes in online marketing and SEO. One of their customers want an elegant website with a nice flash slide show seamlessly merged into the header. Short of designer and flash maker, they outsourced the task to us. In addition, we were also hired to design 3 web templates with different layouts.

Solution

Considering that the client needed the flexibility to change the photos used in the slide show, we wrote an Actionscript function to read configuration info from an XML file. By using XML to store configuration information, our client could easily change the photos later for their client.

Our designer created 2 templates according to the client's instructions. We got the XHML code of the template pages fully commented, so the client could grab the structure of the web page easily and quickly.

By utilizing our services, the client successfully extended their skill set with minimum cost.
